Three-time Division II-AA state champion Ensworth and Tigers' head coach Ricky Bowers headline the Tennessee Sports Writers Association All-State team released today.

Bowers was named the Coach of the Year after guiding the Tigers to their third consecutive state championship with a 31-14 victory over MUS.
Ensworth (13-0) completed its first undefeated season in school history and has a 21-game winning streak heading into the 2013 season.
Seven members of the Ensworth squad were named to first team All-state, including do-everything running back Corn Elder, who rushed for 217 yards and three touchdowns in the state final.
Elder completed his career with 6,351 yards rushing, which ranks as the ninth-best total in state history.
Joining Elder on the All-state team are (QB) Andrew Bowers, (OL) Michael Sawyer, (OL) Parker Wade, (DL) Xavier Forrest, (DB) Donovan Sheffield and (DB) Justin Loyd.
